Victory Over Team 'A'
Today is may 2nd off day. Had a 2-leg match against team A and boy was it a tough one. First half was very tiring cuz the team's fitness is lacking alot and team A's fitness was good. We lost 3-1 in the first half. But i didn't want to give up just as yet. Our team, Team 'C', was not very strong but with the determination and effort, it pays off. In the end, there was one own goal, one goal scored by the team captain, one by another and 2 by me. Didn't get the third one however. Was happy that in the end we WON 4-5. Hahahaa. Just like the Man Utd match against Everton. Cool huh! Sustained a few injuries but it was all worth it. One idiot stepped on my right foot. STUP! On the other hand i almost got sent off the field for scolding the ref. Whatever it is, the score line cannot be changed and we won. During the first leg it was 1-6 and now 4-5 which brings a total of 5-11. Hahahaaa. Scored 5 of the goals. Yeah! Ppl asked me why i did not join the Foxtrot soccer team and my answer was as usual. The team usually prefers players who either play for clubs or national players. So i don't see a point for join that team anyways.Afterall, i'm happy to be in this team. It feels great to have finally earned my respect from the regulars here. If not everyday they will be giving me the "U R just serving ur NS here boy! U don't know what we regularsgo through" look. I guess i'm bonding quite smoothly with my team. Hahahaa... Yeah!
