Just A Lil Update...

Today went to werk at PAC and met up with the guys.. Been a while since we hang out... And it was nice.. Had a good laugh here and there and we all "graduated" from class and viewed all the short clips of picts we came up and all went well... We were all talking about the russell peters in the red, white and brown show.... Funny shit ey... Hahahaa... Esp the part where he talked about a guy who is saying "the Hhhooootel"... Spoken in the best funniest accent.. Hahahaa...

The Few Days So Far...

The past few days were kind of interesting but i dun think it is for most. Well, i just wanna talk about it and since yat was already irritated by the sight of the soccer ball and the soccer boots so i guess i'd update...

Well, last Sunday played a soccer game at Woodlands Ring Sec Sch. We lost 4-2 to Myammar. Wasnt in my best condition but i din do dat well... Yat scoring both goals.. Good Job Yat!! Hope our team will do better in the next game.

Monday went for orientation at harbour front. Met up with the crazy crew and was laughing my head off when we all went to vivo at lunch. They were cracking jokes and it felt like i was back in poly just that we all were on an excursion dat day.. Hahaaa... After which went to meet up with Shasha Fierce and went to esplanade to catch sum win at the roof garden and it was a long time since we went there.. Went for a nice dinner at the food loft at marina and met Zul who just happened to be there...

Thats all.. Kind of in the mood to write but can't really structure wad to write... Hahaa..

For these few days i wun be online or updating blogs etc... Kinda busy with werk (part-time) so can save for transport money.. Hahahaa.... I can still messange and call if i'm not engaged i will answer aights..

Currently werking at the Ocean Volvo Race Event. Taking care of the yatches which i must say are majestic. Check it out ppl. Especially the Puma Team. The yatch is the nicest amongst all the 7 other remaining yatches...

Raining Outside

Its raianing.. Can't do much.. Wanted to have a jamming session tonight but cancelled due to sum issues.. Next werking events, Zouk Out 2008 and Countdown to 2009 which ar both at Sentosa.. Which means hours of standing and entertaining drunk munkies.. hahaa..

When to Old Changi Hospital on the 10th Dec 2008 during the Ogy's Birthday chalet at changi Chalet L... Checked out the creepy place but did not go in cuz, dun wanna disturb the peace of the area. U know what they say, "you dun disturb them, they wun disturb you..." Heard sum nioses and saw sum white stuffs and the gang took a couple of pictures. Saw a couple doing IT in a car near OCH. Hahaaa.. Crappy idiots.. Shuold get a room instead haha..

Dun feel like talking much today. Kinda down by sum shit.

The Form...

A few days ago i received a mail from the company with all the terms and agreement. Yups was a big headache to read and understand everything. Never the less, i read and completed the form and mailed it back. Just waiting for them to respond back. That might take quite sumtime again...

Been going out these few days and yup, I did really enjoyed myself. Went to full throttle, sit and relaxed at esplanade (which was very rare for me), soccer, and also to a friend's wedding. The wedding was simple and my frend was stunning when he was on the dais.

Currently i dun think i can go out that much that often as i am werking as hard as i can to earn enuf for the first month of werk. Well, u know the starting is always a hard one. I have to familiarise with the new environment and stuffs like that and on top of that, i still have to bury in mind that i have to pay for the transport to werk. Gonna be very hectic not to mention to wake up early every morning which is NEVER my forte...

Hahaa.. What to do.. Life is like that.. I guess I'll just have to be patient. Cuz patience is the key to success..

Get it? Got it...

The final call finally came on the 24th November 2008... A voice said that we would like to hire you and these are the basic salary package....." And she goes on and on and i kept replying yes and yes and yes and at sum point i wanted to say WOW, but i had to keep the cool...

Guess i'd be starting or i'd say embarking on a new journey of life in January 2009.. A long time after i ORD but none the less still got the job.. I guess i'd grow much much darker due to the harsh conditions and hopefully get thinner... Now i can really see how bad it is not to have a job and to cling on to calls for a job, both part time and full-time. Since the journey to get the job was such a miserable one... I dun think i'd be taking things for granted...

The sad news is that my buddy landed in the hospital due to overwerking himself and is now in TTSH... He's doing fine. Smiles and all. But sumhow i know that deep inside he is in pain but always put a smile on his face whenever there is ppl ard him. I know that he has very strong determination and will power. Hope the best for him and that everything will turn out ok. And i'll be looking forward to the next soccer match with him in the first 11. (PS: Bro if u or rad is reading this, i really think you should get yourself a PSP so we can keep the battle on going) Hahaaa... Get well soon aights..

Since i've got alil over a month before werkking at Jurong Island. Which means no more late nights and everyday early morning kind of thing, i'm gonna spend it werking nite shifts for the part time job and save enuf for the fare and food for the 1st month of werk. Which also means, no holidays, no karaoke etc for the time being.. For the month of Dec and Jan that is.. Sad factor but the truth is just that i wuddnt have enuf to papmer myself.. Malay say, "Difficult, difficult now, easy easy later"...

Tiring Week...

What a tiring week of werk at the Singapore Barclay's Open from the 11th to the 16th... Wuuhh... Imagine i had to wake up at 3.45am and be at the vdeck by 4.30am... And then werk all the way till 8.30pm and then reach my sister's house (in Yishun) at ard 10pm and then sleep ard 11pm and then the same thing the next day.. Was it tiring or wad?

That is prolly the reason why i did not have time to update this blog.. Was so sleepy and did not even have time for myself.. I cuddnt even sit and watch TV for 1/2 and hour... It was all, werk, sleep, wake up and then work and the recipe goes on and on for 6 grueling days... Hope it was all worth it cuz i need the cash to payy off the bills and stuffs...

The good news was that on the first day of werk at the Sentosa Serapong Golf course, at the 11th hole (where i was stationed at), i received a call from... Guess where? Yeah... ExxonMobil!!!! I was told that i have to go for a medical check-up.. But the bad news was it had to be on the same week of werk.. So i told them if it was ok that i go for the medical on the 17th and she told me it was ok to do so.... Was i glad or wad..

At least i had sumthing to look forward to... Hopefully i passed the medical check-up... Just got news from Anuar that the crew is going to the cage on friday... Yeah.. Wad a great timing... Definately in and i'm wearing boots this time.. Hahahaa...

When i was at werk, met alot of stars. But sadly, i dun play golf as such i dun even know who they are... Earnie Els walked passed me and i dun even know that he is the world number 2 golfer... All in all i can say that golf is a nice sport when you are playing it but not when you are watching it... Cuz its just to F***ing boring..

After all that, i took a nice nap at my own room and my own bed... You see, its human nature that you'll only appreciate sumthing once you loose it... And what ever the "it" stands for, the sentence still stands...

Werk?

Been waiting for a job ever since i could remember... Quite sumtime already, been waiting for calls and yet nothing.. I hope it'll bee soon enuf cuz i can't stand the wait already.. So sick already.. Part-time werk is ok but i need a stable career... I hope things would turn out for the better..

No point sighing cuz i dun have anything to sigh for... For now, patience is the key to sucess... How far that statement goes? Nobody knows... =P

Reminiscing the words..

To forgive and forget...

These words are often used when sumthing wrong was done and he/she is forgiven... But the true fact is that, you can forgive but u'll always remember.

The fact that a person did something wrong, it will always be remembered. On the contrary, when a person does sumthing good or right, it will often not be remembered. This is due to the normal thinking of a human brain.

Ok lets take a short time to imagine. Imagine if u had an A3 sized paper in front of you. And i drew a red dot on it. Its a dot that you can see of course. Now tell me what do you see...

A red dot right? Good. That is the way almost everyone thinks!!! Sadly that's the fact.

You see if i had told you that the white part of the A3 paper that you were visualising, were all the good deeds that you have done and that the red dot that i drew on it was a mistake or something wrong that you did. How would you think now??

The management of companies in most cases would look at it the same. You are a hard worker, getting lots of compliments from customers etc. But on one unfortunate day, you receive a complaint letter from your superior. I'm quite sure that, that letter of complaint will be remembered by ur superiors and even ur colleagues. Even dozens of your letter of compliments would not add up to the weight of the letter of complaint that you have just received.

Maybe and only maybe, after a while, they all might forgive what you did and you may still have your job. But will they forget the letter of complaint??

Now ask yourself. It the words on the top of the entry or often used, really mean what it says? Then again, i feel that there is no such word as forgetting. The word is "cannot remember"... As in, the thing is people can remember or cannot remember. If they say they forgot (cannot remember) about it, its just a matter of time before sumone reminds him/her and than he/she would go, "Ouh Ya!! Now i remember..."

If you can't remember doesn't mean u have forgotten about it. Its just that the memory skills haven't been training that's all!!! Can you forget the ABC's. I'll tell you why you cannot do so? It's simple, it's because you use it each and every day!!! You see if ur memory is put to practise everyday, it's hard not to remember sometimes...

On the other hand, we are just normal human being and are bound to make mistakes and tend not to remember certain things when we are living in such a metropolitan place and era. So the next time someone says, "I'll forgive and forget...", it really means, "I'll forgive but i'm bound to remember what happened..."

I'm sorry if this has offended anyone out there. I'm just sharing my thoughts here.

The Cage At Kallang

It was the first time i stepped into the cage and was it great or wad.. Diff to control the run as i kept skidding most of the time and no accuracy on the shots.. After seeing yat's vid, got a clearer pict how its done...

The ladies had their fair share in the cage and i must say they did do a pretty good job... Considering the fact that is is not in their daily routine to play soccer, they did managed to score... Kudos to the ladies...

It was very tiring due to the small space and the fast pace action. Once u have the ball on ur feet the next moment, ur opponent is already in front of u... That means you have to "think fast, act fast and react fast"... In short, be fast!

Anyways all good things have to end, but the crew were all thinking of going to the lagoon for supper at ard 3 am when i had to go home as i had to wake up early for werk.. So sorry i cant you guys, and instead made you guys go to jalan kayu... Paiseh2.. My bad..

To the organisers: Thanks for the bowling sessions and soccer.. It turn out to be a nice combo.. Hahahaa.. I am looking forward to the next one. If i can join that is. Sorry i was late yet again tis time my cuzin needed help. Thanks again guys....

Safe Day Road

Hahaaa.. Direct translation but doesnt hav the same meaning.. Anyways, it was kind of a nice season to go ard to pple's house check out the cribs and stuffs. But i muz sae that this yr the feeling wasnt there. A lil in the mood but out of it most of the time.

Got really sick. I guessed its just a way of washing alil bit of my sins but it was really bad. As i dun get sick that often, when i do, i pity my mum. She is the only one who nurses me. Thanks mum. I had to be like a baby and be taken care like a small kid. I was vomiting and had diarrhoea. I guessed its stomach flu. But it was 2 days of sleepless nights and it was crazy. As such, i was unable to do any updates. Thanks mum, i really appreciate it and i cannot thank you enough.

2 days ago had a soccer game at Fuchun Sec. Came early with Ajul. Its been a month since i kicked a soccer ball. Was impressed with the team's togetherness and we won 1-0 eventhough we were attacked most of the time. Man of the match, for me, had to be the team's goalkeeper Syahmi. One to one situations, he was amazing. Well done.

Well, i hope next week wud be a better week.. Sayonara!
